I have just finished talking with the Hampton Inn & Suites and it looks like they are over 80% full now and as part of it, are out of double rooms. They do have King Study rooms available which include a King Bed and a pull out sofa, or they have standard King rooms available also.
Over at the Westin, the room block is still full and will probably be until people realize close to the convention that they are unable to make it. We have over 120 names on the waiting list now, in case anyone was wondering.
We will be working with another local hotel for overflow space, being sure to have frequent shuttle service (at least every half hour) to and from the Westin during convention times. We will announce something as soon as we have signed the contracts for the space.
