We got word late yesterday that in response to concerns that we have expressed about overcrowding in the hotel parking lot, the Westin has set up overflow parking with a shuttle.
The overflow parking will be on the other side of Lake Cook Road in the Riverwalk Office Complex, in the garage marked 2150 Riverwalk Drive. A map showing how to get to the parking garage is shown below:
A shuttle will be running between the Westin and the 2150 parking garage from 5 AM - 2 AM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. If you need to catch the shuttle from the Westin back to the parking garage, just stop by the bell stand in the Westin lobby and let them know and they will call the shuttle to pick you up. If you have any problems with the shuttle, call the Westin main number at (847) 777-6500, or stop by the Midwest FurFest Info Desk.
