Seeing the number of people who have canine/lupine furs, what has been done regarding the situation of feet?  There seems to be two options, either treat the fur as a plantigrade (as we humans are), or bind in some kind of lump of stuffing halfway up the calf to simulate where the canine's heel would be.

 - Thanks

Another option I've seen is to use some form of stilts, or Power Skip. Keep in mind that this can
be a bit dangerous, and should only be done with a great deal of practice.

I have done a fair amount of work in this realm and the other option beyond stilts/prosthetics or simple padding is a kind of a hybrid I call a built-up or illusion leg.  It uses about a 6-8" platform sole combined with padding and misdirection to create the illusion of a digitigrade, while allowing the wearer to remain either flat on their feet or slightly on-point and helps extend the length of the leg making for a much more realistic effect.  I'm going to offer to put on a digi-leg construction panel and if they grant me the space I'll bring samples of what I've built.
